Cancellation Policy For Lavender Lounge

Please read thoroughly!  Booking an appointment says you agree to abide by the shop and cancellation policies for The Lavender Lounge.

To either reschedule or cancel and appointment, please give us 48 hour's notice from the scheduled time of your scheduled appointment.  

If 2 days can’t be given, the options are:

-pay for the service in full

-or send someone in your place to use the session

If a client has a no show on the day of their service, that session must be paid in full within 24 hours (situation permitting of course).  If no payment is made the client can no longer book at The Lavender Lounge.

Once the payment is made in full, they can rebook, only the session is paid in full at the time of booking (I accept credit card, Venmo or Apple Pay)  

If 3 sessions are canceled or rescheduled within my 48 hour window, within a 12 month revolving calendar (even if all the sessions are paid) unfortunately I won’t be able to accommodate that client anymore.  

I only allow the same appointment to be rescheduled once.  

If the same appointment is moved more than once, I’ll use my discretion to either cancel the appointment and add that client to the waitlist or let the appointment stay on the books.
